Complaints regarding order completeness are accepted **only if video evidence of unboxing** with a full count of the contents is available. Filming should be uninterrupted, and the unboxing must be filmed in its entirety. No cuts or editing are allowed. Our store's remaining shelf life for **liquids and flavors** is two months. If an item's remaining shelf life is less than two months, it will be mentioned on the product page.


To replace a faulty item, repair it or get a refund, write us at mail@redvape.ru. If your warranty is not expired, we will be sure to help you.


The warranty period can be found on the product page for each item. Here's the usual rundown:

for mods (as well ohmmeters, charging devices and power adapters) — 1 month since reception;

for atomizers (tanks, RDAs, clearomizers and eGo-type devices) — 7 days since reception;

There is no warranty for consumables (batteries, liquids and mixing supplies, drip tips, bottles, wire, wick) and tools.


WHEN IT ISN'T POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM UNDER WARRANTY:


1. After dropping it ("I dropped it on concrete and now it doesn't turn on");

2. After tampering with it ("I was told it would fire better if I removed this thing");

3. If there is obvious mechanical damage (cracked tanks, stripped threads, torn o-rings) or damage due to misuse (molten insulator, displaced posts).

4. If the presentation of the item and its packaging is altered. Warranty is also voided if you try to disassemble the item and attempt to repair it yourself. Please don't do this, message us as soon as possible instead.



HOW WE CHECK THE GOODS

1. You send or bring us your item along with the packaging. Don't forget your receipt!

2. We inspect the item and make note of its appearance, with optional video recording.

3. We write a report on receival of goods.

4. Then, depending on the situation one of the following happens:

we fix the issues (sometimes putting the battery in correctly is enough);

the case is found to be in violation of the warranty (for example, the item has signs of dropping);

the item is found to be defective and the owner receives a replacement or a refund.


We make a decision within 30 days of receiving the item. Refunds are carried out within 10 days of your request.


Money is refunded either to your bank account or with cash. To receive your cash you will need to show your passport.
